        Amazing team at Nelson hospice in palliative Care, To all thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of timmy at home and at the hospice, you were all amazing loving people that do a very special job. You not only look after the ill but there love ones too,thanks for being there for myself through the most difficult time of my life when I was lossing my everything right in front of my eyes..
