Place has great potential, is quiet with a stylish entrance lounge which impresses but after that, the experience is more faulty towers than "grand". Management seems non existent, sadly there is a lack of room maintenance and enough staff to provide the service they are charging for but not delivering. The most frustrating is no staff presence in the evening resulting in my friend having to wait over an hour and several follow up calls to access a spare room key. And it was only 9pm. My room on arrival included a large cockroach in the bathroom, filthy shower tiling grout, leaking shower door, fridge switched off and no milk with tea or coffee facilities (and no one to call to resolve) With the icing on the cake a $250 unauthorised charge of an extra night (stayed 2 instead of 3) and despite several requests, a month later, still no success in receiving a refund or even a response. Buyer beware!

After my shift (11 pm), and arrived at the motel, my card didnt work, no receptionist (8 am-8pm only), I called the number ( no luck). I called the police (crying like a baby) hoping they have the contact number for the after hours duty manager (no luck) . After many attempts of trying to use the card key (failed), I went back to the workplace and slept in the couch. They should change the lock to a key not the card.
