Nice blokes but, heck, they need someone to answer the phone and generally get them organised. I'll ring and make an appointment and the guy will say he's writing it down, I imagine on the back of his hand, or in this last case he told me he was writing in on a bit of paper from his pocket. I think to myself that I doubt it will get to the main book in the office. I ring early on giving them ten days to two weeks notice. I arrive on time and you just see them chatting to their mates. I'm told there is a car ahead of me and asked if I can come back in an hour. There are no courtesy cars and they need to realise there are people in the community who look ok but are not well inside. Walking the streets for an hour just isn't an option for some of us. So again, it's not the first time this has happened, I've made my appointment but they just haven't been organised enough to be ready on time. I know word has been getting around town and they are losing customers all because they don't want to employ a receptionist. Sad, because they are top blokes.
