Right from the 1st contact julie and rob were fantastic, friendly helpful and professional. Had a showerdome installed plus rob caught onto a small leak happening around shower door and wall which he sorted promptly. Great couple to deal with highly recommend to all

Recently came to fix a shower that had been leaking since it was installed by instal solutions 6 yrs ago. Had a verbal estimate to fix as it was not covered under warranty. Big mistake! Went very much on trust with this person, the job came out double the verbal quote, ridiculous price for 4/5 hours work, the plumber spent 2 and half days on the job and his invoice was only $300 more. After several emails back and fourth we agreed on a price and got rid of him. Be very wary when employing this person and get everything in writing.

Rob came to fix a bad shower install, done a great job very professional, would recommend to anybody who needs a shower installed, do it once do do it right. Fantastic attention to detail.
