Just got off the phone with customer service and I have to say I'm very happy so far! I'm really rural and they're the only ones that deliver out here. She took her time, 34mins to go through everything and get us all set up. Very clear instructions and advice too. Definitely a good start I'd say :)

ONGAS Christchurch has left a family with a young baby today with no hot water for the weekend by removing our gas bottles, 1 x full bottle and 1 x half bottle. They have been supplying my property for over 15 yrs and due to 1 bill not paid for the bottle rental (which is paid in advance) decided to remove the bottles.. No contact, no phone call about an outstanding bill I had no idea about..ACCOUNT CLOSED..bring on Rockgas with a much better service.

ONGAS Wellington were great make an order and they would deliver the next day then in the wintre suddenly without notice no delivery the next day made a call was told could be up to five days as they were busy. Told them I would have to find a reliable supplier and the nice woman on the phone said the was totaly my choice so I did.
