        All for automation but this was a massive fail! Selected my delivery slot using a link given and received an sms confirmation. Delivery of my sofa was booked for today between 7 - 4pm, but this was not followed through. Called after 4. Person on the line apologetic for the no show and lack of updates. He said it was not even on the schedule! I am not impressed that I wasted 1 day of leave and that I have to spend another day on the floor watching tv!

        I had freight come from Auckand to Nelson. A part was missing when I pick up from depot. They checked there yard but was unable to find it. And said not alot they could do. How about replacement!!
