Best motorbike shop Ive ever been. Staff is well knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Travelled all the way from Ashburton to get my bike serviced and cant thank enough about the awesome job done! Extremely recommended for new bikes, pre-loved ones or for just a service. A+++++++

Brought our new Rocket 3 GT this year, Filco did the first 1000k service initially and was a great price bike came back running like a dream, then we purchased all available accessories through them, the service was fantastic, they helped me with a ride home after dropping bike and they really do have an experienced team, Bike came back looking like the bike out of the Mad Max thunderdome movie, Discription given from there service manager Travis, I hate taking my vehicles to any mechanic, I don't trust anyone with all the stories you here and experiences I have had through out the years with but I can honestly say I felt confident and didn't worry once, you need work done talk to Travis he is so helpful and you will be dealt with reslectfully and honestly, even his Yankee accent rubs off on you in no time , he is class, We are so happy with our bike and the work done, the quick shifter is insane that they also fitted Thanks Filco don't let that man go, great friendly team, friendly banter, I will be doing all my services there from here on with them.

Good service an great shop . Had a slight electrical issue on way to work this morning. The boys at filco had it fixed an good to go with a surprisingly free of charge . All withn 2 hours an didn't have a appointment. Thanks boys

Great work, no BS, carbs tuned and synched, new fuel lines fuel pump pressure tested and valve clearances checked fan switch replaced, all for cost of labour and parts no hidden BS toed in there, not to be taken for granted in a isolated country like NZ.
