Nelson Packaging Supplies

Have been purchasing supplies off these guys for a long time and never had an issue until today, lets just say the guy in the office should be working in a warehouse, not dealing with customers. His attitude was that he was of great importance and just plain rude, kept bleating on that the show room was closed when clearly I was aware of that and just kept bringing up problems and no solutions. He told me to ring and place an order I said how will I know what I want with out seeing the products, then he again stated the show room was closed, I then asked is it on your website he then replied probably but I wouldn't trust the website as its old, he then stated I would not be able to return once purchased. I said well I will be able to look at it before I leave correct? He said only in flat pack. Honestly so frustrating and I would recommend no one to deal with him, If a lower ratting for his customer service and arrogance was possible I would have chosen that.
