We have used Allen Plumbing for quite a few jobs now and won't go anywhere else. Why? Because their service is the best with great rates and top-notch staff. The team are awesome, from the front line with Jess always being onto things immediately and without delay and with fantastic plumbers such as Craig, you always know your being looked after. Allen Plumbing are not only very professional and trustworthy, but they get the job done quietly with no stress, with a "nothing's a problem attitude". And they always leave with a smile. I have had taps blow, hot water cylinder leak, kitchen renovated, water pressure problems and Allen Plumbing pop in and pop out - no fuss and get the job done every-single-time! Needed gas shower fixing as pressure and temperature kept dropping throughout the duration of a shower. Plumber came, explained the issue. Changed the shower head. When he was packing up his things I asked if changing the shower head was goinb to fix the shower going hot and cold cause I thought there would be more to it and he had just forgotten or something. he said yes it's fixed. Didn't make any sense to me, but I'm not a plumber. Lo and behold the constant hot and cold was still happening and got a different plumber in who actually fixed it. Disapointing as i was 9 months pregnant at the time and just wanted a nice hot shower.
