Marie Healy is fantastic, she always keeps us informed if tenants are having problems or if repairs needs to be done. She organises any contractors that are required to fix or maintain the properties and she also keeps us informed on the viability of increasing rent. Marie is always helpful, friendly, informative, polite but also very practical with her solutions and deals with problems quickly and with consideration for all parties. We have received a fantastic service from Marie and would recommend her and Summit Property Management to anyone considering a property manager.
