        Travelled back in time to the early 80's and entered the disorganised chaos that is The Power Tool Centre dropping my mitre saw off to John. Picked it up six weeks later from the same spot untouched but with six weeks of dust on it. Wanted to have a conversation as to why, but he had done a vanishing act, how do these clowns stay in business.

        Dropped off a makita drill for a new chuck and didn't see my drill again for 12 weeks. In that time I rang up 3 times asking about it and each time I was told I'd be rang back and never was. Then to top it off it took him half an hour just to find my drill when I went to collect it. He made no effort to correct the situation either.. horrible customer service and a horribly unorganized shop
