WRMK Lawyers

The lawyer that dealt with an agreement for me was very rude and condescending throughout most of my dealings with her. When I raised concerns pointed out to me by independent advice which was included in the process, she spent the next ten or so minutes yelling at me about how thankful I should be that she managed to get this written up etc, this was in front of the independent lawyer. Also in the scope of works it states that 'this estimate is inclusive of the independent lawyer advice' however I was invoiced separately by each of them, which the total was well above the original estimate and when I questioned this was again spoken to rudely, i had it wrong and I was only focusing on the one word "inclusive" I replied yes because that's what it means and everyone at work who I had asked thought the.same way to when I showed them the email but I was told if I had a problem I could go to the lawyers complaints authority. I would not recommend this lawyer and will not be engaging their services again.
