Chef and Cook Book author Anna Valentine creates the most amazing, delicious and nutritious plant based food that I have ever tried! She is a constant source of inspiration and creativity, which is why we booked an exclusive anniversary dinner at her place! She prepared an absolutely beautiful 5 course meal based on our discussions and went above and beyond - wowing us again and again! Will definitely be back and we can't wait to get our hands on your cookbooks! Thanks Anna!

I really enjoyed the class Anna took, learning to make sauerkraut, kefir water and kimchi. Hands-on experience gave me the confidence to do it again at home and I now make all three regularly at home...way cheaper than buying ready made. And I am sure our digestion has improved as a result of these great probiotics.

My husband and I attended the cook school with a friend for his Birthday. It was really enjoyable doing something different for a special occasion. Anna the chef was welcoming, super knowledgable and explained the recipes and cooking techniques really well. Really good value for money, and it was nice sitting down at the end to enjoy the hard work!. It was all really tasty!. I highly recommend Veggie Tree Cook school for a fun, unique experience.
