        No instructions on how to use tv and skybox . Ours didnt appear to work so gave up in frustration! Felt it was too late at 9:30 to disturb the owners. This place is not cheap considering it has no amenities other than a shared kitchen that you can make your coffee in. Very disappointing. And super annoyed that a simple thing like tv not working! Owners are living on hotels reputation.

        The stars that this place have are all down to the previous owners and the new owners shouldn't be allowed to operate as it is false advertising. We arrived to a filthy tiny room that stunk of cigarettes. The sheets had so many stains and the floor was sticky to walk on. The new owners don't care and don't even turn up to let you in. When I said we couldn't stay the night with our small child as the room was so bad the woman there just shrugged her shoulders and walked off. I am still waiting for a refund as the property is not fit for purpose and the 4 star rating needs to be removed. DO NOT STAY HERE!
