It was a great experience to work with Martin on an inspection of a home that we wanted to buy. He was very responsive during a busy time and worked with us to find the time to complete the inspection within a tight time-frame. He was extremely thorough in going over and through the house. He was very patient in answering questions that we had and showing us things things that needed attention. We recommend him highly and would definitely work with him again.

My fianc and I couldn't speak more highly of Martin. He did an immensely thorough pre-purchase building inspection for us. From the first point of contact he was professional + prompt at replying and very easy to deal with. He went above and beyond to conduct and also deliver the report quickly to us (we had a tight timeframe). We would use his services again and highly recommend him! Top notch service - thanks Martin!
