EcoValley Night Time Nature Tours

We visited the EcoValley in mid-January and had an amazing time. An absolute must do, especially if you have kids. We took our 3yr old and he loved it. Glow-worms, Fresh-water Koura, Kauri Snails, Giant Wetas - we saw them all, unfortunately spotting a kiwi eluded us. Shane is so knowledgeable and passionate about kiwis and the environment and what he has done with the property is incredible, especially for kiwi conservation. Definitely worth supporting this small kiwi business :)

Shane was an awesome guide, very knowledgeable about our wildlife. He is doing awesome stuff with the kiwi conservation and is clearly very passionate about preserving the best NZ has to offer for future generations. If you want an experience that is not commercialized and really shows what untouched NZ looks like I highly recommend doing a tour. Also the stars are amazing! Service: Private tours

It was amazing its a really insider tip. A must do in the Northland from New Zealand. The guide is a really nature loving man with sympathetic voice and much knowledge about nature, birds, animals and more. The tour is my highlight in New Zealand.

Shane is really in tune with his environment and shared with us really nicely. My 7 and 9 year old grand children loved it, as did our English visitors. Especially the Koura. We heard kiwi which was very cool. Some agility needed for the walk. Thanks
