      • St Enoch and St Elijah Monastery

        Secretary slow to respond but the plumber himself was fantastic. Grant came the next day and where other plumbers had failed to identify the issue with our tank pump, he solved it within minutes. We live on a rural property and had been without water for several days. Grant was polite, respectful, knowledgeable and most importantly, he knew his trade - and he understands rural water works. We were so pleased with him and his work and would very much recommend him. Grant will be the plumber we call from now on.

        Worst experience ever never would I recommend them .... never got back to me when I requested a follow up call back ... discussion on the phone about quotes and a job .... ridiculous said it would take up to 10 days or more to do a job....frankly worst customer service
