        Out of Towner from Auckland visiting A&E on CHRISTMAS DAY!! unreal wonderful service from nurses there ( thank you Lilian for your patience and kindness) Honestly the best service Ive had in any hospital

        The System Sucks...was not intended for Patients/ Clients No Automatic notification as per usual...feel for Receptionist dealing with frustrated patients Cant even find Appointment time Available to public No Extension to talk directly to required departments then someone Answers your call they're from Another City WTFfrom awaiting Ridiculous wait time for so

        This has to have been the best experience Ive ever had in a hospital. The doctors and nurses were fantastic and friendly. They took the time to explain what was going on. Nothing was rushed and you were respected as a human being. Its very whanau orientated which I was super impressed with. Having been a patient in Auckland Hospital, its definitely better to be looked after here.
