What I am impressed compared to other pharmacies I know, is that they are honest, hardworking behind the scenes, dedicated to their customers whether the customers are stressed out or frustrated, funny with a great sense of humour, always smiling, able to take on criticism humbly with perspective and wisdom and most importantly loyal embraced with integrity and aroha.
