I had several phone calls and sent emails regarding a recliner chair I bought online from Auckland $2000.00 It has a 2 year mechanical warranty on the chair. I have it 10 months. Originally he said someone would be down to fix it before Xmas. The Manager stated I wanted to return the product which is not true. He argued with me over this and hung up. Not professional at all. Beware as they do not guarantee their products they are selling. Service: Delivery

I just wanted to take this opportunity of letting you both know how my experience of staying in that room struck me and how glad we all are that we choose quality as the benchmark for the project and what a wise decision it turned out to be. The same can be said for all the subsequent furniture items that we have purchased from Archers for Princes Gate Hotel over the past 4 years. The restaurant chairs, the function room chairs and the bar chairs, all of the various dining room and function room tables have all stood up the high volume rigors of constant use so very well and nothing has developed any signs of becoming loose and creaky in any way whatsoever. Again, quality wins out and we could not be more pleased with the quality and style of our Archer Concepts furniture which makes up a big part of the overall experience of staying at Princes Gate Hotel.
