Excellent experience start to finish! I recently was able to order a lovely gift basket for my NZ family, though I currently reside in the US. It was simple, which is not always the case with ordering internationally (the cards and billing addresses often fail when systems cannot properly recognize them) and the customer service team was proactive in making sure the gift was perfect. The scan updates via email and actually seeing the package delivered on my family's doorstep provided such wonderful confidence. I highly recommend The Gift Loft to anyone seeking gift delivery in NZ. - One Happy Customer

Ordered from this place for Mother's Day 2021, unfortunately there was a slight hiccup on PayPal's end where the card message didn't show up on system. This caused a delay as Gift Loft had to contact me to recover the information which meant that the courier was missed and the gift would be late. I decided to cancel my order and the team at Gift Loft were very accommodating, refunded me and compensated me appropriately even though it was PayPal's issue. Have given 4 stars because the shop is lovely, the ordering process is easy and although it didn't work out this time, based on their handling of the situation, I would happily use them again. The missing star is because the delivery info is slightly misleading in terms of Saturday deliveries. It says that Saturday delivery is not guaranteed, however further down the page it suggests that Saturday delivery is fine within Auckland if ordered by a certain time. The Gift Loft are working to make this clearer and it would not put me off ordering from them.
