I've bought many different parts from Jason in the past for our fleet of farm bikes. Jason was always pleasant and fast at returning emails, phone messages and texts, usually within a day. Over the past 6 months, I have required parts several times. On each occasion emails were sent, there was no reply back. I then phoned Jason who was his usual pleasant self. After a week of no response, a text message was sent to him, still no response. This didn't happen over the Xmas period, but several times over the last several months. He's nice guy who has a great business with good prices, but the communication has definitely deteriorated over time.
