        Very rude! No hello or smile or anything when we came in. Didn't even look at us. While browsing our kids sat down with one of the children's books to look at it. The old lady came over and very rudely asked if we were planning on buying it because otherwise they weren't allowed to touch it! Of course our children know to be very careful and if anything were to happen to the book we would of course pay for it. But she didn't even give us a chance to say anything really. Kids were horrified by this since they only saw the angry face and didn't understand what the problem was. Horrible! Don't go in there with children (or maybe not at all...)
