        I hate to post a 1 star. I'm in Kerikeri and have no transport so I have used Kerikeri taxis many times. When it works it is a fine and five star experience with friendly drivers. Because on Thursday for the 3rd time I was left high and dry waiting in the rain for a taxi (booked less than 2 hours before) that didn't come, 4 phone calls and a text not answered, and still not answered I have to say it like it is. Being stranded is a humiliating experience and also a scary one. Service needs to get better, much better. Very disappointed and yes, angry too.
