        After having trouble in Auck (where I lived) with my hearing aids for the last 10yrs and almost giving up. I received a call from this local office for a check up. I explained how I hardly ever use my aids as they hurt my ear. The loverly lady Trisha said let me try to sort out and she fix it so I now where them all the time. Also Sam was very understanding and between then I am a very happy customer. Many thanks to you both. Ray
