I sent Craig an enquiry to do a report for a house I was purchasing and he responded quickly with an expected date for the inspection. Later the same day I got an email to say he had managed to do the inspection the same day and within 24 hours of my initial enquiry I had the report! It was a detailed easy to read report and very useful from a maintenance perspective for when I takeover the property. I was very impressed with how easy and quick the whole experience was and I would highly recommend Craig.

I have personally just had Craig do a building report as a seller and then as a buyer in quick succession. Craig was very prompt and a pleasure to deal with. His reports are written in a way that is detailed but clear and is fair to both the owner and the purchaser. In my capacity as a real estate branch manager we get a great deal of feedback about building reports and Craig always provides a great service.
