Installed an automatic gate system that had a fault after a couple of years. Turns out installation was substandard used the wrong cable and did not secure the keypad correctly to prevent insects getting in. Getting any level of service from this company was impossible. They tried to con me into paying $1600 for new gate arms when the problem was an ant's nest in the keypad that was shorting out as a result that they did not detect despite me paying for them to find the problem. Cannot recommend them for automated gates as both quality of service and attitude towards customers is arrogant and unprofessional. Their response that they did not do the install is not correct. As per previous owner of the property and the neighbour it was Matt from Gibson Electrical and it was Matt from Gibson Electrical who came to check it and who they kept saying was their gate specialist and who they kept saying would be the person to turn up. So my review remains unchanged. Beware if you choose this company to do security gate installation as clearly something is not right.
