        Terrible servivce. Was called out to do an insurance quote. At the time of the meeting at the property we were told that the cost of the affected room would be the same as the hallway that we wanted to get done. Owner suggested that we just do the hallway and the insurance company would be none the wiser, I refused and said that we would cash settle with them then do the hallway privatly. fast forward to booking the job. His words, "the horse has bolted" refused to do an itemised quote for us, and said the price would be a bulk figure. Extremely rude and dissrespectful, do not use these people, they dont desevrve anyones business. Firstly, fraudgulant offer when dealing with insurnce that was declined by us, and disgusting customer service.
