Beautiful setting, away from traffic and town noise. Great parking. Spotlessly tidy and clean. Very competent, experienced hairdresser who listened patiently to my hair woes . Then offered and set in place solutions. Came away feeling fabulous

Main issue was not the fact that my hair got messed up from a soft sun kissed highlighted blond to a full head of white grey from too much bleach, then to a dishwater grey brown colour after Octavia attempted to fix it. Which was good she tried to fix it. My issue is when I mentioned that my hair was a disaster the owner argued with me, got aggressive and tried to convince me that my hair should look the way it was looking, which was nothing like my normal hair colour.. I was left with damaged hair for many months due to the over bleaching from that one session. I straight away tried to get it fixed but no other hair stylist could touch my hair due to the damage. . Octavia was nice enough to refund partially as accidents happen in life, but it was a really bad experience all together! Service: Hair coloring
