        An amazing little "Health" shop. Good range of supplements and wellness-focussed products (including maca) in addition to a rather brief/short range of treatments for symptoms and ailments (including some of Weleda range) at average price range. Limited street parking. Much more parking at rear of shop in parking precinct shared as community parking (accessible from library, cinema and otherwise). Some staff very helpful, and with advice worth listening to.

        Lately I have been struggling with interrupted sleep, so off I went to my usual health and supplement store, Hardy's. With assistance and expert knowledge from the professional and helpful staff I chose Sanderson Real Sleep FX and Magnesium FX. Within a few days I have gone from sleeping less than 6 hours a night to a full 8 hours and full of energy. Many thanks.....
