        Helped work out a 6 month old sports injury. Saw another physio for 6 weeks with no relief. 1 visit and a bit of time and good as new.

        Fantastic service was on holiday from Auckland had some problems with my shoulder Alex sort it out and spend the time to give me some great advice went back the next day Andy spend a good amount of time given me some ideas on how to fix my shoulder great experience Great advice usually when I see the physio it's in and out in 20 minutes Alex and spend more time explaining stuff and working on my shoulder than I've ever experienced any other physio I would highly recommend him

        Changing views has changed my view on life, I came in with chronic neck and shoulder pain that I had had for years and now after a few sessions with Alex I don't feel it at all. I am very greatful for all his help and support.
