The most impressive thing I found with SCM was the user interface. One of the big problems I find with websites, is there is often something that is not straight forward or confusing. However I found that when dealing with the SCM website & client portal that it was so straight forward, leaving no stone unturned. I was honestly very impressed. Although I am used to seeing people in person, she has set her systems up so well that it's not actually nessarsary unless you particularly want it. Don't be deterred if you feel like an underdog because Sara certainly won't make you feel like one. As long as you have your ducks in a row, and a general understanding of what the banks will like and not like then she will back you 100%. We most certainly did feel like under dogs and we're ready to give up on numerous occasions, but Sara's positivity and fighting spirit kept me going reaching the end result of us owning our first home. Gareth also was great with explaining things and letting us know what we needed to do to succeed and closing the deal. Would absolutely recommended SCM to anyone.
