Poor poor service. Not a single staff member greeted us. Terrible food. Prawn in my salad was partially frozen. Tomatos were mushy. Burgers were terrible. The fish looked like it come from a bulk pack you find in the supermarket freezer section go home and make your own burger. Or go to burger fiasco instead.

Wendy and Jason no idea how to run a business since they walked in..racist and money hungry..been through so many staff don't care about people just themselves..wrong business for them

Excellent steak meal and central Kerikeri location. But the decor was average, and the in-house sound a bit loud and intrusive. Chinese lady (for reference not racism haters!) came across as a bit rude but I actually think in hindsight it's just her personality lol. Still, lady, a softer tone to customers would win friends and influence people!
