        What should have been a professional and honest service, sadly ultimately turned out to be a most unfortunate and unprofessional experience involving auction incompetence combined with management denial surrounding poor/non existent complaint resolution outcomes, coupled with viewing clients loudly complaining at our home during a viewing , who were refusing to pay monies to Barfoots Kerikeri, which we found both embarrassing and unnecessary, and for us indicitive of poor management dispute resolution outcomes spilling over at the front steps of our home. We sadly cannot recommend either this agent or Barfoots Kerikeri. A poor performance indeed. We will be more discerning next time.
