I enquired about sign writing in April and got told Reagan would come up with some designs and quotes, I had to email again to get a response and it took 3 weeks I didnt get any designs just rough price of $1500-$1800 based off another design I liked of theirs. I got some designs in May and requested a couple minor changes, I heard nothing so I sent 2 follow up emails and finally got a response after over 4 weeks with quotes of $3200+ or $4000+ which was very surprising to me because of the rough price they originally gave me. They replied and said they could do a cheaper design and I said yes please and its now been 3 months so I give up. Really bad customer service, they obviously dont care super disappointed.

Regan & his team are incredible - every single time they deliver stunning results that completely blow our expectations. I am a huge believer in letting experts do what they do best & Signosaur never disappoints. From kitting out our office signage with a professional & impeccable result which we get multiple comments daily about, to creating a logo for our new brand. They have also organised apparel, business cards & other branded merchandise for us - all looking amazing. We will truly never go anywhere else.
