We spent a couple of weeks staying in this beautiful lodge and had the most wonderful time. It's location is perfect, being in rural, tranquil surroundings with stunning views yet an easy drive away from the town of Whangarei and coastal beaches. It is a perfectly appointed and surprisingly spacious lodge, with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. To top it off Guy and Lou are the perfect hosts and even provide a basket of homemade goodies on your arrival. We would 100% recommend this lodge and would love to stay again!

Their place is clean and very comfortable with a lot of fruits tree and a beautiful sunny deck! It is also very good located, 1h from bay of island, 2h from Waipoua forest! I enjoyed all my stay in this place and I recommend it a lot! Louise and Guy are really welcoming! You will receive a bottle of good wine when you arrive and they also offer marmalade, eggs and homemade bread! The house is clean and very comfortable with a beautiful sunny terrace overlooking a pretty garden with fruit trees! La maison est propre et trs confortable avec une belle terrasse ensoleill donnant sur un jolie jardin avec des arbres fruitier! L'endroit est galement 1h de Bay of Island et 2h de Waipoua forest et ses "Kauri" J'ai ador rester ici et je la recommande fortement!
