Ordered a Ham and cheese toastie, after a 15 minute wait it was like eating a brick with no cheese, and when i went to go get my toastie i was more shocked that the staff member was walking into the shop with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth - Not a good look.

Don't care about their customers, and thick shakes taste like they have a thickener instead of having to use as much ice cream. We all ordered a thick shake each and 2 came out. They completely forgot about one. When I spoke to the girl she said oh yes it's coming and proceeded to bring me 2 chips (which I said wasn't my order). 10minutes later I went back and asked for it only to be told on we handed 2thickshakes to you. When THEY realised THEY had made a mistake and I had been CHARGED and ORDERED 3 they made it. No apology, just slammed it down on the table next to me. Worst customer service and there were only 3-4 people ordering over the period of 20mins.
