WooHoo, we have our boathouse in time for Xmass... The team at Smith Construction and their tradies have done a fantastic job, we are very happy with the outcome. Communication and transparency throughout pricing and construction were excellent. The open and detailed accounting method with detailed invoices and explanation on cost variances that came with each invoice was comforting. Construction and project management led by Kyle and Nick was proficient and the workmanship outstanding! Nick and the team built a one bedroom open plan living/dining with scullery at the back of our existing bach. Their workmanship was first class, communication couldn't be faulted, honest and dependable. They certainly went the extra mile to get things right and I fully recommend them if you're thinking of building anything.

Nick and his team did a fantastic job on my outdoor renovations. Communication and standard of work was excellent and the boys on site were polite and courteous at all times. I now have a nice new high quality outdoor area that I will get years of pleasure from. I only have good things to say and would highly recommend Smith Construction!
