I had a great experience with the team at Dental Domain. My front tooth (a crown) fell out and they were able to sort it out that same morning with no fuss. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service by the whole team. I get rather nervous at the dentist, but everyone is just so reassuring, calm and professional. I had a little bit of anxiety when I was getting a filling last time and they instantly made feel safe. I was so grateful. Highly recommend.

I can't fault the service I received. I had spent all night with hardly a wink of sleep in pain. Fortunately dental domain were able to get me in at 14:00 on a Saturday and extract my tooth for me. The service was excellent although pricing was extremely ridonkulous. When we booked the appointment the lady on the phone estimated an extraction would cost 240 dollars. The dentist itself had another idea and got me to sign up to 540 dollars. I was in a huge amount of pain and drained my savings account as I would have paid all I have to get it out.after the extraction I went to pay the bill and even the receptionist seemed surprised at the cost and said it must have been because it was a difficult tooth. Only problem with that is that they got me to sign on the cost before even attempting any work. Can't fail the work but I feel the dentist took advantage of my desperation and the receptionists reaction to the cost confirmed this. Last time I was at the dentist for an extraction about 6 months ago they did the extraction plus two filling for 600. I feel this dentist took advantage of my desperation to get it out an charged based on the fact that I would have paid everything I had to get it out. Either that or they are way over priced compared to other dentists Edit for reply to me: hi dental domain (owner) thanks for your reply. Unfortunately it hasn't explained the discrepancy between the estimate we were given over the phone compared to the price I was given once in the chair. Yes I consented to the price. At that point I'd been in pain all night and would have consented to taking out a second mortgage by the time I was in the chair. My question then is why a more than double difference between the estimate given on the phone compared to your "standard pricing". Was it a new receptionist that hadn't been trained properly and given a breakdown of you standard pricing and wasn't able to give an accurate estimate? Had she given an estimate based on her previous dental employer (if so any chance I can get the details of said previous employer), or perhaps it's policy to give clients a low ball estimate on the phone only to slam them in the face with the "standard price" once they are in the chair and unlikely to get up and walk out? I don't know you tell me, because there is a big discrepancy in what we were told when booking the appointment compared to the reality. I'm really glad for you that you are making a small fortune on extractions and I would have still most likely booked the appointment even if I was given the actual price on the phone as I didn't really have any other option at that point. But I'm sure you can understand my shock over being estimated 240 and then told it would be more than double that once in the chair. I stand by what I said, that was the smoothest extraction Ive had. Probably because I told the dentist my teeth are difficult to extract and to skip the gentle approach and go straight into "this is gonna need some elbow grease mode". I was even happy to receive a call earlier in the week to check up on me so can't fault the work or aftercare. Just really confused as to the discrepancy in the estimate versus reality. Maybe you could shed some light on this since you say you have a standard price which is surely what I should have been estimated on the phone when we booked the appointment.
