Utterly disgusted at the discrimination by staff at ITM Mangawhai not accepting customers with mask exemptions. They claim that because they are private that it is ok for them to discriminate. Disgraceful, segregating behaviour, and they should be totally ashamed of themselves. Pathetic. I promptly drove to Carters and happily spent my money there instead, and was welcomed by their lovely friendly staff. ITM needs to educate their franchisees on how to operate lawfully and ethically. This behaviour is not acceptable, and I hope our community shifts their support to other businesses who are doing the right thing.

No dust and less fuss. Amazing clean and well organized yard. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was barely out of my vehicle when I was approached and greeted. The timber I needed was up in the rack but that wasn't an issue it was brought down and over to my vehicle. Another staff member appeared and they both loaded my trailer while I stood by. Nothing was an issue and I was very impressed with the overall experience. I will definitely be shopping with ITM again.
