        Joel identified an issue with my knee being caused by an historical injury from my teens, with just a few little ankle mobility exercises the knee pain cleared up quicker than I could have expected. I still do them before and after running and it has been pain free since. Comfy sofas in the waiting room too.

        Eddie is awesome. My shoulder was buggered, but now it gets better every week thanks to Movewell. I have to put the work in, but it's better than operations or drugs!
