All the key Real Estate requirments were more than met, exceeded my expectations. My adult daughter and family had previously engaged Ken's sevices and successfully secured their property in Mangawhai, thoroughly recommending him. I was selling an Auckland property to buy in Mangawhai, at a time (early to mid 2022) when the housing market had significantly slowed and the high prices of 2021 were looking questionable. However the Mangawhai market was relatively unchanged price wise. As as a solo retiree, I needed funds left from the sale and purchase, as future income, it was a tricky balancing act. Also, the property I eventually purchased, had some process complications, so the whole protracted situation was very stressful for me. However, Ken's reassuring confidence, Real Estate experience, local knowledge and the ability to act on the spot, got me through. His professionalism and communication were top notch, while at the same time he was easy to approach and most personable.

Susan was awesome through the whole process and would totally recommend her. We chose Susan to sell our house because we found her easy to deal with and super helpful. The whole process was made easier using Susan as she was down to earth and not pushy at all which made us feel super comfortable dealing with her. She had great knowledge of the local area and the whole sales process. Our house sold really quickly and Susan kept us updated throughout the whole process. We would definitely use her again if we had a house to sell and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell.

"Lets find the right place for you two" From our very first meeting, Susan was interested in finding the right place for us to live. From a brief chat, she had identified what would work for us. And YES, we will be moving in January.
