What a delight this place is - a haven by the river and our catered lunch was so lovely. The food was fresh and tasty, staff were wonderful. The picnic spot is perfect for a stop on the bike trail. We were a large group of cyclists. There are still some options for food & drink if you havent preordered but I recommend to contact them to arrange as you won't be disappointed.

Cycled the trail to find some of the very best home cooked fare I have ever tasted. An oasis in the middle of the country ride. Fabulous club sandwiches, scones (cream & jam), muffins, apple shortcake, coffee tea and home made lemonade, etc. More than ample for the 26 hungry riders in our group, Served under the trees in a forest glade by three delightful ladies, two of whom refused to accept that $10 each wasn't too cheap. Ladies, we all agreed.... that luncheon was TOO CHEAP. You deserve a much better return for your efforts. Hope that you get heaps of diners over the summer months. Best wishes. John.
