        Beware when using that you get written quotes/estimate. Had a verbal estimate in which we were only told about one cost, then received another added cost that was never disclosed in the bill adding another 50% to the estimated price per hour. On top of that failed to actually estimate realistic hours thus resulting in a bill twice what we expected. Didn't listen to requests and damaged the item due to this. And has sent a pathetic email back with excuses that are wrong/lies. Would not have used if I knew they were going to charge so much and definitely wouldn't use again.
