        Tried for a couple months to contact this company, from unanswered emails and three different people calling and texting. Finally got someone to come over and look at the fire place who I found very abrupt and overall quite rude. Was told to text my email address so I could receive a quote, which I did as soon as he left. Over two weeks later and still no quote or contact. Got tired of chasing and went to a different company, quote received the same day. Doesn't even deserve one star, would not recommend

        Rather disappointing, as with the previous comments, this person was very hard to get hold after initially saying he would come around, made me wait for him all day and tied me up unnecessarily. Tried calling and texting him, but would not answer.
