        This magnificant property overlooks the sea and a beautiful back space, it has the feel of being in your own home!! i wishedcontinental breakfast was included and well presented. Were not rushed at anytime, easy access and warm and comfortable under cover parking for your car. Not far from city centre 30 min walk. Would absolutely recommend to family and friends especially in Australia. Well done.

        We had a lovely overnight stay at the extremely comfortable Changing Tides BnB. Sue and Danny were very welcoming hosts who were more than happy to help us plan our trip and recommend places to visit. The accommodation is a nice 30 min walk to central Paihia and the ferry to Russell which was lovely along the beach. Our room had all the facilities we needed and it was absolutely spotless! Would definitely recommend and we would come back.
