        Absolutely incompetent. They had one simple job to test my blood for one specific thing and they couldnt even get it right. Instead, they sent my doctor completely irrelevant test results. When I called, they said theyd mistakenly entered the wrong thing in the computer. What kind of service is this? Are they asleep on the job? If you want something done right, dont go to Northland Pathology. I cringe to imagine how many peoples important blood tests theyre likely messing up. Honestly there are no words for this level of incompetence. Never again.

        Great to have Northland Pathology in Paihia. Very professional personal. Service is great. We have to except COVID and staffing levels are not always allowing clinics to be open as advertised on the website.
