Tobias employs excellent staff, and so makes my regular visits several times per week comfortable. He also operates Kiwibank that now is now the only bank still open at Paihia, and the Paihia Bookshop efficiently. Tobias is very helpful answering any questions you may have referring to books, mail, and banking.
