Averill Court Motel

Went to stay at the Averill Court over the weekend and even though the weather was bad, the motel was amazing. Nice clean facilities, the bedding and rooms were big and spacious, we booked 2 rooms, one for 4 adults and a child and another room for 2 adults so there was plenty of space. The pool and spa were a plus even in the bad weather it was still nice to relax in the spa. The owner was also very nice and helpful, gave us extra towels and catered to my niece when she was playing up. I also loved the Harry Potter bedspread I thought that was cool. 5 stars would stay again.

Absolutely disgusted with our stay here. The rooms were fine, but the owner was absolutely unprofessional. My sister and I were up for the night visiting our sick sister who came to see us at the place. The owner viciously came banging on the door at 10pm stating there were no visitors allowed after 10pm which we were not aware of. Our sister left when asked, however, we saw the owner peering through the window and walking around our room, which made us extremely uncomfortable, so we left around 10.30pm. We handed our key to the owner and let her know that we were very uncomfortable with the treatment we received, and she was very confrontational and advised us that the rules state that 10pm is cut off time for visitors and became very aggressive and racist towards us. I would not recommend staying here ever, unless you are comfortable with the owner peering through the window while you're trying to get change. So disgusted with the service and the response from the owner.
