        My partner had a flight at 6:40am we got there at 6:31 n were told by Caitlin at the desk we were to late, I could still see people walking on to the plane when we got there, Caitlin Could have put my partner on as she said we can still put people on 10 min before departure time but since were we 1 minute late my partner got declined and has to pay an extra 50 dollars for the next flight, Caitlin I felt was very lazy with her roll n I felt she could have done more to help the customer, I would rate her customer skills 0 stars
